Content: I ordered 3 bedside baskets to 12 Lawrence Way CB4 2PR and one of them came with an incorrect metal piece (without hooks) that does not allow to attach to a bed. Can you send a correct one instead (just like the 2 remaining ones)?

Content: Hi there,I ordered two of your rattan baskets, the other day and they’re great, I ordered a further two which arrived today, and unfortunately one is damaged, misshapen and doesn’t therefore sit flat on the shelf, the lid is also skew whiff, could you please send me a replacement?
